(Lakefield, Mn.)– Minor injuries were reported Monday in a single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 in Jackson county.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 18-year-old Samantha Randby of Gilbert, Minnesota was eastbound just west of the Lakefield exit when the 1999 Ford Ranger she was driving drifted onto the shoulder and went off the edge of the pavement. Authorities say Randby over-corrected, causing the vehicle to skid back across the east-bound lanes. It then went into the median and rolled.
Randby sustained some bumps and bruises but wasn’t taken to a hospital.
Severe damage was reported to the vehicle.
The crash took place shortly after 3:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
