(Sibley)– A single-vehicle crash Monday night in Osceola county sent a Sibley teen to the hospital.
The Sheriff’s Office says 16-year-old Amber Julius of Sibley was driving a 1999 Buick Century northbound on Nest Avenue south of 180th Steet when she lost control. Deputies say Julius then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to go into the west ditch, coming to rest on its top.
Julius was taken by private vehicle to the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley with possible injuries.
The vehicle was totaled.
The crash took place around 10:00 p.m.
