(Carroll)– Authorities are asking for the public’s help in searching for a missing woman who was last seen at her home in Carroll May 4th.
Officials met Friday to discuss the search for 50-year-old Dawn Allen and they’re focusing on a seven county region in western and northwestern Iowa.
Her car was found in the parking lot of a nightclub the morning after she disappeared and a man sought as a witness in the case committed suicide in Kansas on May 9th as police closed in.
Authorities in Caroll, Sac, Greene, Guthrie, Calhoun, Pocahontas and Palo Alto counties are asking the public to look in buildings, ditches, waterways, wooded areas and any other area where evidence may be hidden.
