(Estherville)– Iowa Supreme Court Justice Daryl Hecht will speak Thursday (May 12th) at the Estherville campus of Iowa Lakes Community College. Hecht will address students and the public at 1:45 p.m. in the college’s auditorium.
The supreme court justice will speak about his experiences, both as an attorney and as a justice. Hecht was a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and has been an Iowa Appellate Court and Supreme Court Justice a little more than 10 years.
The speech is expected to last about an hour. It will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
Justice Hecht’s appearance was arranged through Iowa Lakes Community College’s Paralegal/Legal Studies Program.
