(Emmetsburg)– A traffic stop early Tuesday in Palo Alto county resulted in the arrest of a Ruthven man on a drug charge.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle outside of Emmetsburg. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 52-year-old Roger Kruse of Ruthven.
Kruse was booked into the Palo Alto county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Kruse was being held pending an appearance before a judge.
