State Yanks Insurance License Of Woman Who Pled Guilty To Fraudulently Obtaining Coverage

November 22, 2014

(Sibley)– State officials have revoked the insurance license of a woman who recently pleaded guilty to charges related to suspicious activity against a business at which she used to work in Sibley.

The Iowa Insurance Division announced today (Friday) it has revoked Linda Kleve’s license to sell insurance in the state effective immediately.

Kleave pleaded guilty to one count of theft in the second degree and one count of fraudulent practice in the third degree. As we reported Thursday, Kleve was sentenced earlier this week in Osceola County District Court.

Kleve was accused of fraudulently obtaining insurance for herself and some family members while she worked at Ellerbroek and Associates in Sibley.
