(Emmetsburg)– Residents of one northwest Iowa School District have weighed in on Governor Branstad’s proposed education reform plan.

Branstad will hold sessions to hear public input locally next week. They’re scheduled for Tuesday, December 13th in Algona, Estherville and Emmetsburg.
In addition, State Representative John Wittneben of Estherville and State Senator Jack Kibbie of Emmetsburg have scheduled their own listening posts to hear public comment on the Governor’s education reform proposal. The first is set for Tuesday, December 13th at the Forest City Public Library; the second is set for Wednesday, December 14th at the Algona Public Library; and a third is scheduled for Thursday, December 15th at the Estherville Public Library.
