(Storm Lake)—An ongoing investigation by Buena Vista county authorities into a methamphetamine production ring has netted two Spencer residents.
33-year-old Tara Konrady and 40-year-old Larry Heneman both of Spencer were arrested by Spencer police on warrants issued by the Storm Lake Police Department charging them with conspiracy to manufacture five grams or more of methamphetamine…a class “B” felony and possession of precursors…a class “D” felony.
The two were booked into the Clay county jail pending transfer to the Buena Vista county jail. Bond was set at $10,000 cash for each.
