(Spencer)—A Spencer man faces drug charges following a traffic stop Friday in Spencer.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle on 2nd Avenue Southeast for a traffic violation. Upon investigating, what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia was found in the vehicle.
A male passenger, 19-year-old Chase Peterson, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana…a serious misdemeanor.
