(Orleans)– The cause of a weekend house fire in Orleans is being listed as undetermined.
That was the finding of a representative of the State Fire Marshall’s Office who was on the scene this (Monday) morning.
Spirit Lake firefighters encountered heavy smoke coming from a house at 184 Beach Street when they were called to the scene shortly after 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Fire Chief David Kollasch says all the occupants got out safely and no injuries were reported.
Firefighters were on the scene about three hours.
Extensive damage was reported to the house.
