(Undated)—The American Red Cross is seeking nominations for its Heroes of the Heartland Events in Northwest Iowa.
The organization is seeking names and information on those who performed an extraordinary act of courage or has dedicated countless hours to a special cause.
Nominations are being accepted until March 8th. Nomination forms are available on line at www.redcross.org/iowa and should be mailed to the American Red Cross at 2116 Grand Avenue, Des Moines…50312.
A Heroes of the Heartland Event will be held locally April 16th in Spencer.
Sponsorships for the event are also available by contacting the Red Cross.
The Heroes of the Heartland events help support programs and services of the American Red Cross.
