(Spirit Lake)– The board of supervisors Tuesday approved a Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to amend a portion of Dickinson county’s zoning ordinance.
Planning and Zoning Administrator David Kolhaase says the amendment, in effect, limits the placement of mobile homes to only those areas designated for mobile homes.
Kolhaase says his office has had more and more complaints about mobile homes that have been moved into developments that have “Stick-built” homes.
