Worthington, Mn. Man Sentenced on Federal Meth & Cocaine Charges

(Sioux City)– A Worthington, Minnesota man has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine.

25-year-old Pablo Rodriguez of Worthington previously pled guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine; along with a charge of failure to appear.

In a plea hearing, Rodriguez admitted he distributed about two pounds of methamphetamine in Hartley and failed to appear for court after fleeing to Mexico.

In addition to the prison term Rodriguez must also serve a five-year term of supervised release.
