(Sibley)– A woman has pleaded guilty in Osceola County District Court to a charge of child endangerment…an aggravated misdemeanor.
The charge against 42-year-old Karen Ballard…address unknown…was the result of her having custody or control of a child and allowing the child to be present while manufacturing methamphetamine.
Ballard was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended and was placed on two years of informal probation.
She was also ordered to pay a 500-dollar fine and a 30 percent surcharge.
