(Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two people on drug charges.
40-year-old Jane Colleen Caviness and 37-year-old Jeffrey Dale Ketzeback were charged Friday evening after officers executed a search warrant on a residence at 1514 Hill Avenue in Spirit Lake.
Caviness and Ketzeback were each charged with possession of methampetamine and marijuana with intent to deliver, keeping a house where methamphetamine and marijuana is used or sold, unlawful possession of prescription medications, and violation of the state drug tax stamp law.
Caviness was also charged with an additional count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Dickinson County K-9 Unit and the Spirit Lake and Arnolds Park Police Departments.
