(Wahpeton)– Another lakes area city council has signed off on a 28E agreement to resurrect the Dickinson County Landfill Commission.
The Wahpeton City Council voted Monday evening to approve the agreement.
The commission is being revived to look into how tipping fees at the landfill are being spent.
On another issue, the Wahpeton City Council approved an engineering agreement with Howard R. Green for the water treatment plant improvement project. The agreement is in the amount of 295-thousand dollars.
