(Spirit Lake)– Only very minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle mishap Wednesday in Spirit Lake.
Police say a vehicle driven by Cheryl Janecek of Spirit Lake and a vehicle owned by Ken Fillenwarth of Estherville collided at the intersection of Highway 71 and 22nd Street.
Neither driver was taken to the hospital.
Authorities say Janecek was making a left-turn from 22nd Street when she collided with the vehicle, which was southbound on Highway 71. Janecek was charged with failure to yield.
Three thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 1992 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Janecek and to a 1990 Pontiac.
The mishap took place around 2:20 p.m.
