(Spencer)– Authorities say a vehicle that was reported stolen early Thursday from West Okoboji has been recovered in Spencer.
Milford Police Chief Steve Zimmerman tells KUOO news the 1984 Mercury Grand Marquis was found undamaged around 11:00 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle was unoccupied and Zimmerman says the suspect who took it remains at large.
The suspect is wanted on warrants out of Woodbury and O’Brien counties and is thought to be armed.
Zimmerman said that as of this morning (Fri.), they still don’t have a good description of the suspect.
An investigation continues.
