(Remsen)– Remains unearthed from below a basement floor of a home in Remsen have been identified as those of Timothy Boss. Plymouth county authorities says the findings of an autopsy made the determination.
Investigators recovered the remains last month. They went back to the home where the Boss family once lived when Donald Boss Junior, the boy’s father who’s been charged in his death, described where the boy was buried during a bond reduction hearing in late February.
Boss was denied bail and remains in the Plymouth County Jail.
Donald Boss, Junior was arrested in January after parents asked authorities to check into Timothy’s absence.
