(Washington, D.C.)– A northwest Iowa head start program will get a share of a federal grant that’s been awarded for year-round, part-day and handicapped head start programs.
U-S Senator Chuck Grassley says 6.6 million dollars has been awarded through the U-S Department of Health and Human Services.
Of that, Upper Des Moines Opportunity will receive 737-thousand dollars.
