(Arnolds Park)– Cheerleaders have been announced for this year’s University of Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes Winter Games to be held January 24th through the 26th. They include Reverend James A. Bruch of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Milford; Carole and Gary Caviness of Spirit Lake; Ann Ditsworth, Mayor of Lake Park; June Goldman, former long-time Dickinson county supervisor; Greg Stevens of Milford, who represents the lakes area in the Iowa Legislature; Arnolds Park City Administrator Ron Walker; and Steve Schwaller, News/Weather Director for KUOO radio.
The cheerleaders will be officially introduced to the public at the fireworks extravaganza at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, January 25th.
