(Arnolds Park)– The University of Okoboji Corvette Club has donated a thousand dollars to both the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum and the University of Okoboji Foundation.
Checks were recently presented to Mary Kennedy, Director of the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum; and Bud Getman, President of the U of O Foundation and Ann Ditsworth, the foundation’s Executive Director. The checks were presented by Bill Jackson, current President of the University of Okoboji Corvette Club.
The club’s major fundraiser of the year, Vettes in The Park, will be held August 14th at the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. More information can be found at www.uofocorvetteclub.com.
