(Sanborn)– One person was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision a little before 1:00 pm Thursday in Sanborn.
Police say 36-year-old Brittany Schmidt of Sanborn was driving a 2011 Ram pickup northbound on O’Brien Street and a 16-year-old from Sanborn was eastbound on West 6th Street in a 2015 Toyota when the two collided in an uncontrolled intersection.
The Sanborn Ambulance took the driver of the Toyota to Sanford Sheldon Hospital.
Schmidt’s Ram pickup sustained $3,000 in damages, and the Toyota sustained $5,000 in damages.
