(Spencer)– The execution of a search warrant over the weekend in Spencer has resulted in the arrest of two men on drug charges.
The Spencer Police Department conducted the search Sunday at the home of 48-year-old Jeffrey Carpenter at 402 East Park Street.
As a result, Carpenter, along with 49-year-old Lee Stallings of Lake Park, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 6,800-dollars each.
Spencer police were assisted by the Clay County Attorney’s Office.
