(Hartley)– Two men have been arrested for stealing a vehicle last month from a residence in Hartley.
Authorities say it happened the night of July 27th. The vehicle was recovered the next day.
This week, O’Brien county deputies arrested two men in connection with the theft. 20-year-old Nathan Hallman of Watertown, South Dakota and 20-year-old Charles Bowers of Davenport are both charged with second degree theft…a class “D” felony.
Both men are in the O’Brien county jail on nearly 10-thousand dollars bond each.
