(Cherokee)– Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday in Cherokee county.
The sheriff’s office says vehicles driven by 41-year-old Judy Stallman of Sanborn and 71-year-old Arthur Brown of Remsen collided at the intersection of Highway three and county road L-48.
Stallman and Brown were both transported by ambulance to Sioux Valley Hospital in Cherokee. There was no immediate word on the extent of their injuries.
Authorities say a 1997 Chevy Venture driven by Stallman was broadsided by a 1992 Ford pickup driven by Brown, who was charged with failure to yield.
The mishap took place around 11:30 a.m.
