(Spencer)– An Emmetsburg teen faces drug charges in connection with a traffic stop back on August 17th in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over the vehicle and noticed the juvenile male driver was in possession of what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.
The 17-year-old boy was taken into custody.
Upon further investigation, deputies found a small quantity of what’s alleged to be marijuana in the vehicle.
The juvenile was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
