The juvenile, who’s name hasn’t been released, was taken into custody and was transported to the Clay county jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver-methamphetamine…a class “C” felony; possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents on a citation to appear in juvenile court at a later date.
