(Spencer)– Spencer police have arrested three children in connection with vandalism last week at a local park.
On May 25th over 400-dollars worth of damage was done to recently planted flower beds in Spencer’s Memorial Park. A tip lead police to the arrests of three juveniles: an 11 year-old, a 10-year-old and an eight year-old. A fourth suspect, a six year-old, wasn’t charged.
All three juveniles were released to the custody of their parents and referred to juvenile court.
