(Terril)– Voters in Terril have overwhelmingly approved a measure allowing the city to establish an electric light and power system as a city utility.
Unofficial results from the Dickinson County Auditor’s Office show 99 people voted in favor of the measure Tuesday while only 21 voted no.
The city of Terril currently gets its electricity from Alliant Energy.
