(Terril)– A Terril man arrested previously on drug charges has been nabbed again as the result of a traffic stop Wednesday night.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 42-year-old Billy Tuttle of Terril was arrested on a warrant from Emmet county. Shortly after making the arrest, deputies discovered two packets that together allegedly contained more than five grams of methamphetamine.
Tuttle was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine…a class “B” felony; prohibited acts, a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Tuttle was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
Authorities say an investigation continues and more arrests are expected.
