(Spencer)– A Spencer teen faces a drug charge after a search of his bedroom by a probation officer turned up what’s alleged to be a marijuana pipe.
The 17-year-old, who’s name wasn’t released, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Youth Emergency Services in Cherokee where he was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He was then released to the center’s custody.
