(Spirit Lake)– A sign warning swimmers of high levels of bacteria that was posted a week ago on Crandall’s Beach on the northwest side of Big Spirit Lake is coming down again.
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says testing results this week show the levels of bacteria have dropped considerably…below advisory levels.
No advisories are currently in effect for any public beaches in the Iowa Great Lakes.
