(Spirit Lake)– A report of a suspicious person landed a Jackson man in the Dickinson county jail on multiple charges.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it stems from a report of a suspicious person at a building site in the 1000 block of Highway 86 at about 5:19 p.m. August 10th.
Upon arriving deputies found 52-year-old Kenneth Hample of Jackson on the scene. He was arrested and charged with attempted burglary in the third degree, possession of burglar’s tools, carrying weapons, theft in the fifth degree and trespassing.
