40-year-old Frederick Kaminska has been charged with possession of precursors, a class “D” felony; prohibited acts involving a motor vehicle, keeping a dwelling for the purpose of possessing or selling controlled substances, and keeping a disorderly house…all are aggravated misdemeanors. Kaminska was also charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…both serious misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
