(Estherville)– A Spirit Lake man is this year’s winner of the top alumni award at Iowa Lakes Community College.
Doctor Lawrence T. Donovan is the 2002 recipient of the Jim Hall Oustanding Alumni Award.
The award recognizes an alumnus who is outstanding in service to community, business, school, service clubs and so on.
Donovan is a 1974 graduate of Iowa Lakes.
The award was presented during commencement exercises last month.
