(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man who was booked into the Dickinson county jail over the weekend after being arrested in Arnolds Park for domestic abuse, asault; interference with official acts and public intoxication now faces additional charges.
Deputies say 24-year-old Ryan Winters of Spirit Lake was found to be in possession of what’s alleged to be marijuana inside a jail cell.
Additional charges of possession of a controlled…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of contraband in a correctional facility…a class “D” felony…were then filed against Winters.
