(Spencer)– A Spencer man was arrested late last week on sex-related charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Jimmy Dean Ash was taken into custody Friday on active warrants charging him with two counts of sex abuse in the second degree; two counts of indecent contact with a child and indecent exposure.
Ash was booked into the Clay County Jail without bond.
