(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been arrested on a federal arrest warrant for selling methamphetamine in northwest Iowa.
24-year-old Nickolas Pratt was taken into custody by Spencer police. The warrant charges him with conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.
The case was initiated by the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office. The U-S Attorney’s Office in Sioux City has taken over the case.
Pratt is in custody of the federal court in Sioux City.
