Spencer Flasher Arrested Again

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A Spencer man is facing additional indecent exposure charges after another accuser came forward and initiated an investigation.

20-year-old Grant Uhe was taken into custody on an arrest warrant Thursday morning.

According to Spencer Police Chief Mike Lashbrook, another woman is claiming Uhe exposed himself to her when she was working at McDonalds about four to six weeks ago. The alleged victim told police she didn’t know who he was until she saw his picture on a news website.

The investigation led to one count of indecent exposure.

Uhe’s trouble didn’t stop there as he exposed himself to a Clay county jailer as he was being booked Thursday. That incident led to another exposure charge.

Uhe was arrested last week after he allegedly exposed himself to workers at the Spencer Hy-Vee. He was also charged with exposing himself twice in the Spencer Wal-Mart back in May.

Uhe is being held in the Clay county jail on a 39-hundred dollar bond.

A conviction on the latest exposure charges will require Uhe to register with the state as a sex offender.
