(Spencer)– Spencer police have made a number of arrests in the past 24 hours.
The first occurred just before midnight Tuesday at 401 East Ninth Street. A reckless driving complain lead officers to the home of 22-year-old Justin Dinger of Spencer. A consent search of the residence resulted in the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Dinger was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on citation to appear in court at a later date.
While at the same location, Spencer Police arrested another occupant of the home, 18-year-old Nicholas Stallman of Spencer. He was arrested on a charge of third degree sex abuse in connection with a weekend party in Spencer. He was placed in the Clay county jail.
And at 9:30 a.m. this (Wed.) morning, Spencer police arrested 19-year-old Amanda Lowe of Ruthven in connection with an ongoing drug investigation. She was charged with three counts of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Lowe was booked into the Clay county jail.
