(Atlantic)– A crash in southwest Iowa has claimed the life of a Spencer man.
The Iowa State Patrol says 23-year-old Ross Blanchard of Spencer was killed when the car he was driving crossed the center line and collided with a semi driven by 33-year-old Douglas Daily of Carroll.
Daily wasn’t injured.
The mishap took place around 6:00 p.m. Sunday on Highway 71 just south of Atlantic.
