(Spencer)– A South Sioux City, Nebraska man will spend five years behind bars for participating in a meth cook in Spencer last summer.
Spencer police arrested 25-year-old Adam Harding in late June on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. The arrest was in connection with a meth lab that was found in an apartment on East First Street on June 13th.
On Monday, Harding appeared in Clay County District Court where he pleaded guilty to possession of lithium with the intent to manufacture meth. District Court Judge Nancy Whittenburg sentenced Harding to five years in prison.
