(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man originally arrested for OWI now faces drug charges as a result of a search of his vehicle by law enforcement after being pulled over shortly after 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lake Street and Erie Avenue in Spirit Lake.
Authorities say the subsequent search turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
23-year-old Tyler Morse was then originally charged with possession of a controlled substance….marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated…second offense.
