(Spirit Lake)– A Sioux City man is accused of exposing himself to a clerk at convenience stores in Spirit Lake and Okoboji over the Labor Day weekend.
Court documents say 31-year-old David James Johnson was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of child endangerment.
The indecent exposure charge stems from incidents that allegedly took place this past Sunday and Monday. The child endangerment charge stems from a nine month old child that was allegedly left in a vehicle during one of the alleged incidents.
Johnson has since been released from jail after posting bond of four thousand dollars.
