Sherburn Man’s Death Ruled Accidental

November 22, 2014

(Fairmont, Mn.)– The death of a man whose body was found in an alley in downtown Fairmont, Minnesota has been ruled an accident.

An autopsy concluded that 45-year-old Anthony Clawson of Sherburn died after hitting his head in a fall.

Police say the autopsy also found that Clawson’s blood-alcohol level was two-and-a-half times the legal limit for driving.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted the autopsy. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension assisted Fairmont Police in the investigation.
