(Spencer)– A sexual abuse investigation in Spencer has lead to three arrests.
A local physician contacted the Department of Human Services March 10th to report the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old Spencer girl. A follow-up investigation by Spencer police has lead to the referral of two male juveniles, ages 10 and 14, to the Juvenile Court Services to face a charge of second degree sexual abuse.
The two boys are accused of having sex with and performing other acts of a sexual nature with the girl from January 4th to February 4th.
The two boys have been released to the custody of their parent.
A third individual, 20-year-old Cory Hollander of Spencer, has been arrested in connection with the case. He’s accused of allowing the victim and the two boys to view obscene material off of a pornographic website. Hollander has been charged with exhibiting obscene material to a minor…a serious misdemeanor. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
Spencer Police say their investigation continues.
