(Arnolds Park)– Ticket sales for the first ever Christmas Eve cruise on the Queen Two were so successful, the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum has added a second one.
Spokesman Tom Kuhlman says the late cruise will leave the dock at Okoboji Boats at 6:00 p.m. Monday and return around 7:15.
As was the case with the first cruise, a limit of 200 tickets will be sold at 50-dollars each with proceeds going to the Maritime Museum.
Tickets can be reserved by calling the museum…which will be open Saturday from Noon until 4:00. The number is (712) 332-5264.
Tickets for the first cruise sold out early Thursday afternoon…less than a day after the cruise was first announced on KUOO.
Kuhlman says they had 13 people on a waiting list. Because of a huge outcry, he says the decision was made to add the second cruise.
