(Ruthven)– Drug charges have been filed against three men as the result of three search warrants executed on two residences Thursday by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office.
One search warrant was executed at 2895 480th Street near Dickens; the other two were executed at 1405 Center Street in Ruthven.
Stolen property, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of drugs were recovered.
24-year-old Terry Brown, Junior was charged with third degree burglary and possession of stolen property; 25-year-old Todd Brown was charged with third degree burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia; and 18-year-old Jonathon Sutherland was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. All are from Ruthven.
