(Spirit Lake)– Drug charges have been filed against a Spirit Lake woman in connection with a search warrant that was executed over the weekend on a Spirit Lake residence.
Spirit Lake police say a report of illegal activity is what led to Saturday’s search at 609 22nd Street. Authorities say several items of evidence were removed from the residence and a suspect was taken into custody. 42-year-old Kimberly Schneibs of Spirit Lake was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs belonging to another. Schneibs was taken into custody without incident and was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
Schneibs is innocent until proven guilty.
